Your order is not charged to your credit card until it is ready to be shipped. The amount charged to your credit card will include a fee for shipping, in addition to the 'Grand Total' that is indicated on the e-mailed confirmation you will receive at the time of your order. Orders shipped to the USA are not subject to sales tax.
